Dry molybdenum disulfide lubricant spray is made of the ultrafine molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) particles, drying agent, efficient adhesives, dispersants, emulsifiers, aerosols and propellant through the process of mixing and filling. The efficient molybdenum disulfide aerosol lubricant sprays are widely used in machinery, shipbuilding, steel, textiles, forging, hardware, aviation and other industries.
1.Application
1.1.Pre-assembly process: dry lubricant can provide protection during assembly. When using spray cans, the product will form a thin lubricating coating on the surface of the assembled parts with no change in fit tolerance. The average particle size of molybdenum disulfide is only 0.5 micron meters. The lubricant is suitable in open gears, mechanical assembly, mold assembly / power generation induction groove, steam generators and so on.
1.2.Protection film: dry lubricant can be used for pre-lubrication and immediate use. It is applicable for internal lubrication of assembly parts and other lubrications for chains, wire ropes, screws, conveyor belt, pulled-cable machines, metal casting machine, washer outer membrane, general machinery repair and maintenance, high-temperature operating instrument, rubber stripping, glass processing and so on.
1.3.High-temperature lubricant: dry lubricant can form a stable lubricating film between -40 ℃ and 200 ℃. Molybdenum disulfide is able to perform dry lubrication even at high temperature up to 450 ℃ (even higher temperature in the case of a reduction in pressure), although the resin at such temperature will encounter melting. The product is suitable for steel and textile machinery repair industry. Dry lubricant in the steel industry has been widely used as a high-temperature lubricant.
1.4.Lubrication Effectiveness: dry lubricant has avoided the problems when conventional wet lubricants are used in application, where dry lubricants provide better solution in the case of excessive dust. This product can be used to lubricate and protect the mining of crude hooks and suitable for textile machinery, automatic winder, screws of heat-setting machine, stenter, dyeing/dying/spinning/printing machines, steamers, mercerizer, bearings and so on.
1.5.Cutting Tools: dry lubricant applied to the cutting tool has shown a better effectiveness. Molybdenum disulfide applied on the marks of surface of cutting machines maximize the working efficiency.
1.6.Plastic Surface: dry lubricant sprayed on the plastic surface has shown a more emergent advantage in applications such as in nylon bearings.
2.Key Feature
2.1.Good thermal stability, resistance to extreme pressure, anti-rust/lubricating properties and strong adhesion.
2.2.The product adhered on the metal surface will form a tight protective lubricant film, achieving good protection and lubrication.
2.3.There are wide temperature adaptation space with low temperature up to -40 ℃. The optimum temperature range is between -40 ℃ --200 ℃ with intermittent high temperature at 280 ℃.
2.4.The product is cost effective and easy to transport/use with mature technology and stable quality.
3. Instruction
3.1.Before use, first thoroughly clean the surface degreasing.
3.2. The can is then forced to shake for about 30 seconds, so that the liquid will be well stirred in order to facilitate a uniform spray.
3.3. Spray from about 20 cm to move around the workpiece and do not spray in one fixed position.
3.4. After use, invert cans upside down for about five seconds. The role is to clean nozzles to prevent clogging.
3.5. Users should carefully read the product manual and use under guidance of the professionals.
4. Precautions
4.1. The product is flammable and prohibited to use under fireworks. Please stored in a cool place below 50 ℃. Empty cans must not be thrown into the fire.
4.2. Before the use, rusts and oil grease on the workpiece surface should be cleaned, so as not to affect the subsequent anti-corrosion coating and lubrication.
4.3. If accidentally splashed into the eyes, please rinse with running water or saline.
4.4. Do not swallow the liquid. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Please rest and immediately approach to hospital for medical treatment.
5. Packing and Storage
5.1. Package: 500ml / cans, 12 cans / suite, 24 cans / suite.
5.2. Storage: please stored in cool and dry ventilated places.
