Teflon PTFE release agent (CS-206) is composed of ultra-fine polytetrafluoroethylene powder, highly viscous sol, dispersants, emulsifiers and propellants, through the process of mixing by high-pressurized aerosol filling. The product provides good film-forming property, nonstick, lubricity and wear resistance. It also has strong resistance in extreme pressure and high temperature. The product can be widely used in machinery, shipbuilding, steel, textiles, forging, metal and other industries as release agent. It can also be used as an open environment high-temperature resistant lubricant.
1.Key Feature
1.1. Mainly used as high-temperature resistant releasing agent with quick-drying and non-sticky properties.
1.2. Catering to the demanding from white lubricating concept with advantages in extreme pressure resistance and lubricity.
1.3.Temperature resistance ranges between 190℃—327℃; the optimum operating temperature resistance ranges between -150℃～250℃.
1.4. Mechanical properties: the product is equipped with excellent mechanical toughness and maintains 5% elongation even if the temperature drops to -196 ℃.
1.5. Good lubricity: The product fluid absorbed at surface of workpiece, forming a thin film which achieves low friction coefficient and good lubricating properties.
1.5. The product is cost effective and easy to transport/use with mature technology and stable quality.
2.Instruction
2.1. Before the usage, shake the spray cans vigorously for about 80 seconds to achieve uniform fluid inside the can which facilitate the further spraying.
2.2. Please clean the lubricant area or grinding tools to prevent dust, oil stains.
2.3. Spray from about 20 cm to move around the workpiece and do not spray in one fixed position.
2.4. If not using in a long period of time, please invert cans upside down and trial spraying. Cleaning should be conducted to prevent clogging.
2.5. Users should carefully read the product manual and use under guidance of the professionals.
3.Precautions
3.1. The product does not contain Freon. It is strictly prohibited to fireworks. Please ensure there is adequate indoor ventilation.
3.2. Please store under 40︒C (Celsius degree) and in upright position. Do not throw empty cans into the fire.
3.3. Please prevent the direct contact between the liquid and eyes. If accidently splashed into eyes, rinse with flowing fresh water or saline immediately.
3.4. If the liquid accidently enters into mouth, please immediately approach to hospital for medical treatment.
3.5. Please do not store within the reach of children to prevent accidents.
3.6. It is restricted to store under direct sunlight or in cars under direct sunlight.
3.7. It is restricted to ban or throw product cans. Transport should be handled with great care.
4. Packing and Storage
4.1. Package: 500ml / cans, 12 cans / suite, 24 cans / suite.
4.2. Storage: please stored in cool and dry ventilated places.
